Eva earned over $100k on the race track. Since then, she was used as a 4H game & trail horse. A couple years ago she sustained an injury in the pasture. Owners treated wound but never vetted. When wound healed, got back after it. Unfortunately Eva wasn't healed and in pain, which resulted in sourness in the arena. I bought her sight unseen, hoping I could help fix the issues and Eva would return to a speed horse. I vetted her and unfortunately it wouldn’t be fair for her to return to the speed events, but she is light riding sound. I walk & long trot her every day. Loping movement is where she feels the pain. No buck or rear, she’s just not comfortable.

I’m going to offer her for sale, if she hangs around, I’ll use her for beginner lessons & breed her. Eva is a friendly mare, gets along well with others. Was barefoot when I got her, I put front shoes on her.
